He received his doctoral degree (Dr. rer. nat.) in Bioinorganic Chemistry in 2019 on the chemical synthesis of active sites of molybdoenzymes (University of Greifswald). His current research interests concern the design, development, and implementation of artificial enzyme mimetic systems together with drug discovery regarding redox-related diseases.
